Grief Support

Grief is a complex and deeply human experience—something I came to understand through my own personal journey. Supporting others through grief is my greatest passion. Drawing on years of lived experience and a diverse range of therapeutic tools, I am here to remind you that you do not have to navigate this path alone.

We grieve because we love. To love is why we’re here.

Embodiment Support

Embodied Healing & Nervous System Support

In the depths of loss, transition, or uncertainty, even the simplest things can feel hard to remember. The body forgets how to breathe deeply. The mind spins. The heart contracts. We become unmoored from our own sense of being. In these moments, we need gentle guidance to find our way back home to ourselves.

Through breathwork, energy work, and healing touch, I support people in softening out of fight, flight, fawn, or freeze and returning to a grounded sense of ease and presence.

Each session invites you to feel what’s ready to move — rest, release, tears, or quiet stillness.

Available for individuals or couples.

Speaker & Retreat Leader

As a death midwife, grief guide, and ceremonial facilitator, I create spaces where people can remember that grief, love, and aliveness are deeply intertwined. In my work as a speaker and retreat leader, I bring a grounded and heart-centered presence, inviting others to explore the sacred terrain of loss, transformation, and renewal.

My talks and retreats weave together storytelling, ritual, and embodied practice to help people meet their experiences of grief and change with curiosity and compassion. Drawing from my own journey through profound loss, I share tools and perspectives that help us relate to grief not as something to fix, but as something that can guide us back to connection, authenticity, and joy.

I love leading retreats and gatherings that invite participants into deeper relationship with themselves and their communities. Whether through ritual, breathwork, or ceremony, I hold spaces where people feel safe to grieve, to breathe, and to remember that life — even in its hardest moments — is sacred and whole.
