Grieve and Breathe creates a brave healing circle to feel deeply. And this special collaboration with horses and constellation work expands the experience.
This is an intentional space with permission to open up, share what may have been suppressed and allow grief move through you. You are given the opportunity to cry, scream, express from the heart, be still and be present with your unique grieving process returning to love and forgiveness. Sit in Council to listen from the heart and speak from the heart remembering we are not alone.
Following Grief Council, we have a collective Constellation, held in the pasture with horses.
Constellations are tools to unearth the subconscious forces that often guide our lives. When these are surfaced within guided space, we can reorient ourselves completely.

Dragon Medicine: Sacred Rage and Holy Rest with Adriana Rizzolo
Dragon power dispels what is draining us and gives us the discernment to choose something new.
So many of us are exhausted from holding it all together—being the strong one, the reasonable one, the regulated one while anger, grief, and truth build quietly inside the body.
Ancestral Rage: Dragon Medicine is a ritual workshop devoted to releasing the burden of carrying so much alone and reclaiming the life force that lives inside our rage and grief — including what was never allowed to speak in the generations before us.
We will work with the grief in our rage through elemental dance aka Body Temple Dance, oracular writing, conscious ranting and ancestral shame release. We’ll learn what is actually happening in the nervous system when the fight response arises—and how sacred anger and grief can be expressed consciously rather than suppressed, projected, or turned inward. Instead of fearing this energy, we will work with it as a doorway into vitality, clarity, and power.
Drawing on the wisdom of kundalini shakti—the serpent power that lives in the body—we’ll directly access the fierce and tender intelligence of the dragon, the serpent, and the Great Mother within us all. The ceremony will move from activation into deep restoration, allowing sacred mother rage and grief to clear the channels so the body can finally soften into holy rest.
Come ready to move, sound, breathe, write, and release the exhaustion of having to keep it all together—so the fire in your belly can return as wisdom, courage, and life.
Bring a journal, a pen, and water.
Mother Love, Mother Loss

We will acknowledge all that our mothers provided through a beautiful ritual; you are welcome to bring a photo and a candle.
Come together on Mother’s Day to be with your grief and let it move through you. We will honor all that shows up for us in the company of others who understand.
This event will be held live on Zoom by death doula Amber Deylon, creator of grieve & breathe, and child of mother loss.

Holiday Grief Ceremony
Honoring grief in the holidays
During the holiday season, grief can feel especially tender and isolating. Amplifying feelings of loss and longing. Whether you are mourning the death of a loved one, feeling the ache of challenging family dynamics, or missing the comfort of a beloved pet, your experience of grief is valid and matters. This gathering offers a compassionate space to pause, reflect, and find connection. Together, we will honor our grief through shared ritual, and moments of stillness and storytelling. Reminding ourselves we are not alone & that healing happens in community.
Godmothers Gather: Grief Is a Language: A Night of Conversation & Connection
A shared exhale…
Grief is one thing that connects so many of us—but it’s a conversation that most of us try to avoid. This gathering is an invitation to do the opposite: It’s an invitation to slow down, turn toward what hurts, and listen for the language underneath it all.
Together, Amber Deylon, a death doula and grief guide, and John Onwuchekwa, a writer and the founder of We Go On, will hold space for a night of reflection, story, and presence. The two will explore what it means to become fluent in grief, a language spoken not only with words, but through the body, through silence, through memory, and through the ways we keep showing up for one another.
This evening isn’t a lecture or a workshop; it’s a shared exhale. As we move toward the holiday season, a time when absence feels deafeningly loud, we’ll practice being present to our own experiences of loss and to the healing that comes from community.
John, author of “We Go On: Finding Purpose in all of Life’s Sorrows & Joys” and the forthcoming “Grief Is a Language: Finding the Right Words When There Are None,” joins Amber in guiding a tender exploration of what it means to find meaning, belonging, and beauty in the midst of sorrow.
Whether you come carrying a fresh ache or you’re wearily wearing the weight of years, you’re welcome here. Come as you are. Leave a little more fluent in the language that connects us all.
Women’s Self Care Retreat
Are you hungry for a safe place to rest and relax?
In the energy of the Fall, let go of all that no longer serves you. Release tension, stress, and grief…anything that is holding you back.
In a supportive gathering of women, rest deeply and reset. Reconnect with gratitude, joy and your innate wholeness.
Come together with fellow women to celebrate our innate strength, wisdom, and compassion. We will celebrate the importance of connecting with girlfriends and remember all the beautiful parts of being a woman. This time is to reconnect to the sacred feminine and cultivate a community of sisterhood and solidarity through deep listening, laughter, self-care, and ceremony. This retreat is for you if you love women, miss your sisters, or want to deepen your relationship with the feminine, soft, sexy, strong, surrendered parts of yourself.
